Automatic Ointment / Cream Manufacturing Plants are exclusively employed to prepare antibacterial homogenized emulsion of Wax as well as Water to a specific formulation. These are useful for the production of ointments, pastes, creams, and gels for pharmaceutical as well as cosmetic industries.
It is incorporated with 3 vessels:
a) Jacketed Water Phase Vessel of suitable capacity is rendered in accordance to the batch size of the product so as to heat the water to a particular temperature conferring to formulation.
b) Jacketed Wax Phase Vessel is offered to melt wax of essential formulated amount to specified temperature.
c) Liquefied wax as well as hot water is then moved by Vacuum to Jacketed Main (Reactor) Vessel via filter and the pipe lines are placed in the plant. Medicinal elements according to formulation of the preparation added are then processed accordingly at constant temperature under 400 mm Vacuum with incessant stirring, standardized till it develops into an emulsion with reliable viscosity.
Heating can be Electrical / Thermic / Steam Fluid.
Plant Capacities ranges from 50kg to 1000kg can be factory-made.
All contact parts are assembled of superior quality SS 316 / SS 316 L grade stainless steel material; whereas other non-contact parts are fabricated out of SS 304 material. The Jackets are made of of M.S., cladded with SS 304 and run into all GMP standards.

c) Then molten wax and hot water transferred by Vacuum to Jacketed Main (Reactor) Vessel, through a filter and pipe lines laid in the plant. Medical ingredients according to the formulation formula added and then processed at a constant temperature under 400 mm vacuum with continuous stirring. After that it is homogenized till it forms an emulsion with consistent viscosity.Â Â
Heating can be Electrical, Steam or Thermic Fluid. Range of Plant Capacities is from 50kg to 1000kg. All the contact parts are made of SS 316 / SS 316 L grade stainless steel material, and other non-contact parts are made of SS 304 material. M.S. Jackets cladded with SS 304. This matches GMP standards.
